Returns & Refunds

We hope you'll be delighted with your Taylors Snacks order. However, if you change your mind or you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 30-day returns policy for peace of mind.

Orders placed through the Taylors Snacks online shop (shop.taylorssnacks.com) are processed and fulfilled on behalf of Taylors Snacks Ltd by our ecommerce and fulfilment partner, Cinema Snacks Ltd, trading as Snacks Online.

How to Return Your Order

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and unopened.
Products should be returned in their original packaging.
Once your return has been received and checked, we'll arrange your refund.

These conditions apply to our voluntary 30-day returns policy and do not restrict your statutory rights.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food products cannot normally be returned under our voluntary returns policy unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.

Products that have been used or are no longer in their original condition may also be excluded from our voluntary returns policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.

Return Postage

If you use our prepaid Royal Mail return service for a voluntary return, a £3.99 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own return using a suitable postal or courier service at your own cost.

Simply enter your details, generate your return label and follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail.

If your item is faulty, damaged or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us before arranging your return so that we can help resolve the issue.

You will not be charged return postage where the return is due to an error with your order or a faulty or damaged product. Where applicable, reasonable return postage costs will be covered in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked by our fulfilment partner, Cinema Snacks Ltd, we aim to process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please remember that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Where statutory cancellation or refund rights apply, refunds will be processed within the timescales required by law.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items and Product Complaints

If something isn't right with your Taylors Snacks order, please contact Cinema Snacks Ltd at sales@snacksonline.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and details of the problem, together with any relevant photographs.

Cinema Snacks Ltd is your first point of contact and will handle issues relating to ordering, payment, delivery, fulfilment, damaged parcels, or incorrect or missing items.

Complaints concerning product quality, manufacturing, food safety, product specifications or other brand-related matters within Taylors Snacks Ltd's responsibility will be passed to Taylors Snacks Ltd for investigation and response.

Relevant contact details, order information and complaint details, including any supporting photographs, will be shared so that Taylors Snacks Ltd can investigate and contact you directly where needed, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please contact us before returning any affected products so that we can advise on the next steps.

This process does not affect your statutory rights or your entitlement to a refund or other remedy where applicable.
