We hope you'll be delighted with your Taylors Snacks order. If you change your mind, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging under our voluntary 30-day returns policy.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food products cannot normally be returned under our voluntary returns policy unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.

If you use our prepaid Royal Mail return service for a voluntary return, a £3.99 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

Alternatively, you may arrange your own return using a suitable postal or courier service at your own cost.
